CII Venture Connect 2009 Entrepreneurs Award

The CII Venture connect 2009 Entrepreneurs Award was awarded to Mr. K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Randstad by Confederation of Indian Industries in recognition of his  exemplary contribution to information technology and technology-driven innovations in the sphere of Human Resources.

Mr. Pandia Rajan received the award from Mr. Sachin Pilot, Honourable Minister of State for Information & Communications Technology.

Asia Pacific Quality Award 2008

The prestigious “World Class Winner” award was won by Ma Foi Management Consultants at the Eighth International Asia Pacific Quality Awards 2008 held in Tehran. The award was won in the 'Large Service Organizations' category and Ma Foi was one among four organizations from Asia-Pacific region that has been recognized as companies of world-class quality performance.

The Award is administered by "The Walter L. Hurd Foundation" established by the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO) and the companies are evaluated across seven categories that includes role of leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource focus, process management and business results.

IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award for Quality in the Services Sector

The prestigious IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award 2007 in the services sector, the highest Award for Quality in the services sector in India was awarded to Ma Foi Management Consultants.

Mr. K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited and his team, received the Award from the Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, Government of India, Mr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia at the Awards Ceremony in Mumbai on 21st March 2008.

This award, the Indian equivalent of the US Malcolm Baldridge Award was instituted by Indian Merchants' Chamber (IMC) in 1997 and the award criteria are being used by organizations across the country to evaluate their progress in performance.

Ma Foi was evaluated on the core values and concepts embodied in seven key categories spanning leadership, strategic planning customer & market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource focus, process management & business results.

CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence

Ma Foi Management Consultants was awarded the CII Exim Bank Award, one of the most prestigious awards in India for business excellence, at the Quality Summit held in Bangalore on the 1st Nov 2007.

The Confederation of Indian Industry and the Export Import Bank of India, jointly, instituted the CII- EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence, in the year 1994. A meticulous and stringent process of assessment follows the Business Excellence Model based on the European model for Total Quality Management, a global benchmark.

Out of 200 companies that applied for the CII-EXIM Business Excellence Award, 40 companies were short listed for a detailed site visit. Based on the assessment during the site visit, 25 companies were awarded the certification for 'Strong Commitment to Excel'. Infosys BPO and Ma Foi were the only two Service Companies that got selected.
