K. Pandia Rajan - Chief Executive Officer

Founded Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited in 1992 with an aim to make it a one-stop shop for all HR needs and provide integrated and professional HR services for clients worldwide. He has played a crucial role in the evolution of the HR Industry in India and has pioneered the concept of HR outsourcing in India. he was conferred the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2000. Pandia Rajan is actively involved in the CSR activities of Ma Foi that focuses on empowering children, women and youth through education, healthcare and livelihood support. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (PM & IR) from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India and a B.E. (Hons.) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

Hemalatha Rajan - Director & President - Corporate Affairs

Co-founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited. She has played a pivotal role in building Ma Foi into an organization which works with passion, integrity, transparency and commitment.  A finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, audit and executive search, she handles the integration of financial, administrative and HR activities of the organization. Hemalatha Rajan has enabled the evolution of key systems and practices in accounting and administration and organization policies. She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Nagpur University, India.

E. Balaji - Director & President - Staffing, Selection & Training

Leads Ma Foi Randstad's Selection, Staffing and Training  businesses which offers permanent, flexi and specialist staffing, training and assessment services. He had spearheaded the franchising foray of Ma Foi through which the organization established 60 business partners across the country. Balaji started his career with Ma Foi in 1994. He has been instrumental in designing recruitment processes using multi-pronged strategies to attract the right talent. Balaji holds a Masters in Business Administration from School of Management, Pondicherry University, India. He is a certified Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK) for ISO 9001:2000 and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Hastha Krishnan - President - Search

Hastha Krishnan heads the Executive Search business of Ma Foi Randstad. She started her career with Ma Foi in1994 and held a number of key positions within the organization before assuming her current position. She moved on to head Ma Foi Europe operations and returned to India to head the Executive Search business. She is responsible for International Key Accounts. Hastha Krishnan is Sociology gradute and also holds a Masters Degree in English.

Rahul Goyal - President - Consulting & Outsourcing

Heads the consulting and outsourcing divisions of Ma Foi Randstad. During his 12 year stint with Ma Foi, Goyal has served in several key positions including heading operations in Europe, Middle East and African regions.. He started as an executive search consultant in Ma Foi and has worked his way to the top.

Avneesh Gupta - President, MinVesta Infotech Limited

Avneesh Gupta is responsible for building group’s innovative HR software products for enterprises across the globe. Under his leadership as a COO, MinVesta has successfully implemented one of most complex staffing back office suite, and very innovative end to end HRMS software Minerva-HR and bagged an order to build world's most innovative Front Office System.  In his new role, Avneesh will lead a team of 100 plus people to develop world’s innovative products and solutions for HR process automation.   Avneesh Gupta has over 15 years of experience in the Technology Management and Software Development. Prior to joining Minvesta, Avneesh was one of the Promoters and Director for Indian operations of Papyrus Software Pvt. Ltd. and also held the position of Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Earlier in his career, he has also worked at GE , Blockbuster and Accenture(Formally Andersen Consulting ) in Dallas, TX.   Having graduated in Computer Science & Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, India, Gupta has certificates on Managing Software Development, and Methods of Software Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg PA.

Dr. K Prasanna Sai - Chief Financial Officer

He handles finance and strategic planning at Ma Foi. He has over 17 years of experience in HR, finance and strategic business planning. Prasanna has been instrumental in preparing focused annual business plans and manages cash flow projection, forecasts and long term plans, budget planning and quarterly and annual operating results of the company. Prasanna has graduated from the ICWA and holds a Doctrate in Human Resource Development from the University of Madras, India.

Aditya Narayan Mishra - Director - Marketing

Heads the Marketing function in addition to the operational excellence division which handles business planning and change management. He has been with Ma Foi since 1999. In his current role he is  responsible marketing, communication for Ma Foi Randstad, in addition to handling knowledge management, learning and development activities.. Mishra holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from Sambalpur University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Jadavpur University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Assessor on Business Excellence on EFQM model.

Radhakrishnan Krishnamurthy - Chief Information Officer

Mr. Radhakrishnan has rich experience in cross-functional areas that include conceptualization to implementation of IT projects in the industry sectors of Manufacturing, Food processing, Hi-tech Agriculture and FMCG. Prior to joining Ma Foi Randstad, he was Vice-President – Operations and CIO at Krestas Systems. During his professional career of 23 years, he has held middle and senior management positions with leading brands like Henkel, Coca-Cola, Pond’s and ITC group of companies. Winner of the “Life Time achievement Award – CIO India Strategies” for the year 2008, awarded by Naseba & Time Magazine, Mr. Radhakrishnan has served as elected Director of Information Systems Audit & Control, US, for three consecutive terms.

Visweswaran - Chief Technology Officer

Visweswaran has over 25 years of rich experience in I.T deployment and as C.T.O, he is responsible for the Group’s internal I.T Infrastructure at MaFoi Randstad. A Commerce Graduate and a Diploma in Computer Management, he has held various positions in Macmillan, Murugappa Group, Essar Group, Dunlop and Rane Group, prior to joining Ma Foi Randstad. He has won prestigious awards like  “Best Advocate CIO” from Cyber Media (Dataquest) (2005),  SAP ACE for Business Impact (2006) for his SAP projects and  Innovative CIO 100 in the year 2007 from IDG Media (Publisher of CIO Magazine) recognizing top 100 CIOs of the country.
