Research and Development Engineering (MHO) - Thailand

Technical Area Required

• Flip Chip Bonding equipment and process development
• MEMS process and equipment development

• Process and equipment development, characterization, and optimization
• Tribology
• TEM
• Surface Science and Material Characterization

Qualifications Required

• B.S, M.S or PhD (experience: minimum of 8 years with B.S, 5 years with M.S. and 3 years with Ph.D.). Technical degrees in either Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical), Mechatronics, Optics, Physics, or Chemistry with experience in Magnetic Head, MEMS, optical, photonics or IC fabrication and assembly methods.

 

Data Analysis/FA Engineering (MHO) – Thailand & Malaysia

Technical Area Required

• Expertise in statistical software --- Excellent proficiency in Excel and JMP spreadsheet data analysis to generate analytical model/analysis of magnetic heads/ media performance, including statistical regression, trend, and distribution analysis.
• Solid basic magnetic head skills in the areas QST/ DET and Head/Media related physical analysis for TuMR/PMR heads and PMR media Integration.
• Knowledge of drive level mechanical and electrical requirements/integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis, using statistical software such as JMP/ SAS/ Minitab is required
• Hands on expertise in analytical tools such as SEM, EDAX, AFM, FIB and TEM.

Qualifications Required

• Educational requirements for FA -- B.S, M.S or PhD (experience: minimum of 8 years with B.S, 5 years with M.S. and 3 years with Ph.D.)
• General Communications skills -- Excellent Oral and written communication in technical reports and presentations, in leading and participating in a meeting and interfacing with interdisciplinary teams.

 

Tooling Software - Thailand/ Firmware Engineering (HDD) – Malaysia

Broad Function

• To design, develop and support software development on robotics and vision systems
• Firmware: to design, program, analyze, debug, and modify real-time embedded Hard Drive firmware code applications to support new program introduction and enhance factory Cost, Yield, Quality and performance.

Technical Area Required

• Programming skills in C, C++, Java, or C# (experienced with OOD/OOA), assembly languages, code development process with debug emulation and simulation tools
• Control system design, image processing, algorithm design, and computation geometry knowledge & experiences
• Understanding of the principle of Automated Assembly Tools
• Intermediate level of Adept Robotics system is beneficial
• MVC (Module-View-Controller pattern) knowledge or experiences in writing software interfacing with hardware is preferable.
• Embedded system development, ARM and real-time programming
• ATA, SATA, SAS, SCSI experience is a plus.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or any related fields
• At least years experiences with strong background in software development or robotics or vision systems
• Strong knowledge and experiences in the factory integration requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
