4-Day Certification aims at imparting comprehensive and advanced knowledge around the 16PF tool ranging from its theoretical foundation, tool mechanics and applications.

This programme equips a participant with scoring, interpretation and making holistic decisions for selection and development purposes. The programme ends with a qualifying examination. Only those participants, who meet required standards as defined by IPAT, are awarded an accreditation certificate. Qualified users can thereafter deploy the tool in their respective areas of operation.

Training methodology includes: individual and group exercises, case discussions, role plays and training videos.
